Sunday is a great day for baking! I have an abundance of lemons from our tree at the moment so I made Mister E some lemon shortbread bikkies. Nanny found the recipe and they’re so moorish – and the perfect size for little hands. They don’t last too long, I had to ban his daddy from eating them. Here is the recipe.
