I have been admiring our little garden over the past few months. I found a photo of how it was when we moved in and couldn’t believe how much it has grown in just over a year. We planted most of the natives from little seedlings we bought at the Apace Nursery in North Fremantle for just 75 cents each. I can’t take much credit for the garden, it’s all Robbie, but I am just happy I get to appreciate it. Our kangaroo paws are nearing their end this season, they sprung up gloriously, massive stems with deep red and yellow blooms. They’ve lasted for months and even though they’re waning I think we’ll ba able to enjoy them for a good few weeks yet.
